Anxiety disorders are generally a group of related disorders or conditions and not a single condition. Anxiety is actually the body’s natural response to unusual situations like danger. The mere fact that a person experiences fear does not mean he or she has signs of anxiety disorder. The fact that this problem can’t be concluded upon by just one condition makes it a bit difficult to tell if someone is suffering from anxiety. These groups of conditions may show over time; that will make it easier to tell who is suffering from anxiety.

WHAT ARE THE SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF ANXIETY?

The signs and symptoms of anxiety are very diverse. For example; a person may be struggling with a troubling fear of riding a bicycle or some uncontrollably intrusive thoughts. However, another person could be in a persistent state of fear, getting worried about anything and everything at any time.

Although these symptoms are diverse, we could use one benchmark: constant or intense fear in situations where the ordinary person wouldn’t worry.

We may group the various signs and symptoms of anxiety under emotional and physical subcategories.
